“Panyioti, our tour guide, was thoughtful, kind, informative and knowledgeable. Panyioti gave us very detailed information in a digestible style through an earpiece so he was easy to hear. You could learn as much or as little as you wish. Hopefully the earpiece was only one way ;) it must have been because I tested it and Panyioti didn't appear to react lol. Panyioti advocated for us when I didn't want to surrender my backpack to the museum cloakroom (due to valuables). He cared about each and every person on the tour and was kind and accommodating.
